ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I've been a State Farm agent in Germantown, MD for four years, but this community has been home for much longer - I lived here for 14 years and even went to high school here. Before opening my agency, I spent seven years as a bank manager and, before that, managed a health club in Gaithersburg. With about 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, I understand the importance of consistency, hard work, and building genuine relationships.

Our team of six shares that same philosophy - that anyone can achieve their goals with dedication and the right mindset. We focus on coaching, development, and accountability. I'm looking for someone coachable, willing to learn, and ready to take action. Skills can be taught, but drive and a positive attitude are what truly lead to success.

We offer 10 personal days off, a local gym membership, salary plus commission and monthly bonuses, as well as quarterly bonuses that can total around $6,000 per year. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Miguel Malca - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish (required).

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
