I have the pleasure of helping State Farm policy holders manage the risks of everyday life as well as realize their dreams. My agency is able to accomplish this through the strategic use of my dedicated team and my own personal ability to foster trusting relationships with my customers. My agency offers a full suite of State Farm risk management products including auto insurance, fire insurance, life insurance and health insurance. We work hard to make sure every policy holder is satisfied with every interaction they have with our office!

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Financial Services Representative with Zach Armiger, you will learn how to successfully sell State Farm financial products. Zach started his State Farm career as a team member and he will teach you how to be successful. Early on you will learn the basics of insurance through the licensing process and on the job you will learn what the customer needs and expects from their insurance partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to obtain the Property & Casualty Insurance license (costs reimbursed) .
• Sales experience a plus.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

BENEFITS:

• Salary plus commission/bonus, $35K with a total compensation range between $55k-65k.
