We are seeking a skilled, reliable overnight Prep Cook to join our small kitchen team specializing in catering and mass production cuisine. The ideal candidate will efficiently prepare, cook, and plate meals while maintaining high standards of sanitation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food ingredients in accordance with recipes and safety standards
• Cook meals consistently to meet quality and portion standards
• Plate meals attractively and accurately for catering orders
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
• Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines
• Collaborate closely with a small kitchen team of 1-5 members
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food preparation
• Proficient knife skills
• TIME MANAGEMENT
• Strong time management abilities
• Keen attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of sanitation practices
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Food Handler’s Permit
