This role will leverage strong relationship management and strategic thinking skills to deliver exceptional onboarding, support, and partnership experiences. Collaborating closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients—helping them unlock the full value of YCharts through proactive engagement, tailored success plans, and a deep understanding of their business goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage a growing book of business by developing and executing success plans that drive product adoption, renewal, and expansionCollaborate with Institutional sales partners to build relationships with decision-makers, map organizational structures, and identify and close growth opportunitiesPartner with clients to understand strategic goals and deliver value from day one through onboarding and beyondLead frequent virtual and in-person meetings to share best practices, highlight new features, and showcase key product functionalityCustomize user experiences by configuring integrations, managing PDF reports, and creating tailored client groups and configurationsMonitor account health, drive proactive usage campaigns, and share scalable, value-driven content with customers regularlyDemonstrate deep product knowledge to educate clients on features and workflows, ensuring adoption and satisfactionServe as the voice of the customer to internal teams, advocating for product improvements and customer prioritiesManage renewal and expansion forecasts, usage reporting, scorecards, and ad hoc initiatives, including webinars and documentationOccasional travel (~10%) for client meetings and industry conferencesQualifications:3+ years experience in the financial services or fintech industry.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred1+ years of experience in a sales, support, or account management roleKnowledge and interest in the capital markets and investment vehicles such as Equities, ETFs, and Mutual FundsExcellent time management skillsGreat verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationshipsDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality outputAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrentlyClient and team-oriented attitudeStrong attention to detail and client service, as deliverables are often client-facingBenefits & Perks100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) match to support your financial future.Opportunities for internal mobility and cross-functional collaboration.Flexible time off, vacation days, sick days, and a celebration day.Paid parental leave to support work-life balance.Professional development stipend to help you grow in your career.Hybrid work schedule with flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.Summer hours so you can enjoy more sunshine.Recognition programs to celebrate contributions and milestones.Modern, centrally located offices stocked with premium snacks, coffee, beverages and weekly lunch credits to fuel your day.Regular team events, celebrations, and company-wide gatherings that keep our culture connected and collaborative.CompensationAt YCharts, we are committed to pay equity and transparency in all locations, including compliance with local pay disclosure requirements: the Total Cash Compensation range is $80,000 - $110,000 USD inclusive of bonuses and variable compensation.
