You’ll provide a welcoming environment, customer service, and quality at the center of everything you do. What you’ll do: Create and serve our full beverage menu while upholding consistency with Maman beverage standards. Work with industry‑leading equipment and high‑quality, locally roasted coffee. Manage your time effectively and multitask without compromising quality. Deliver beautiful and artistic espresso beverages at the barista station. Communicate seasonal specials and encourage guests to try our best‑selling items. Build relationships with regulars through warm hospitality and impeccable service. Make decisions that ensure happiness for guests, the team, and the company while maximizing profitability. Maintain a clean and organized barista station. Investigate and resolve any guest concerns. Assist with restocking at the end of your shift to set yourself and colleagues up for success. What we’re looking for: Third‑wave coffee experience. Minimum 2 years of barista experience. Front‑of‑house professional with a sweet tooth for cookies. Hospitality passion and dedication to industry trends and latte art. Commitment to quality, aesthetics, and a top‑notch customer experience. People‑oriented, positive, and collaborative attitude. Quick learner who can adapt to Maman’s unique culture.
