Commercial Exterior Cleaning Sales Representative

G&I Exterior Cleaning is looking for motivated individuals to help grow our commercial client base throughout Maple Valley and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

• Generate your own leads through door‐to‐door prospecting
• Connect with business owners, property managers, and decision‐makers
• Identify opportunities for commercial exterior cleaning services
• Build and maintain professional relationships
• Represent G&I Exterior Cleaning in your territory

Compensation

Earn 10%–20% commission on every completed sale
No earning cap
Recurring commission opportunities

Commission Structure

• 50% paid when the customer deposit is received (5%-10%)
• 50% paid after the project is completed during the next billing cycle (5%-10%)
