Working closely with HR Business Partners and technology leaders, you'll help shape, execute, and measure people strategies across a broad spectrum of topics including organizational effectiveness, talent planning, workforce transformation, leadership development, associate engagement, culture, and change management.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and executional level. You'll partner with HR Business Partners to translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives, accelerate the delivery of key programs, and bring data-driven insights that inform talent and organizational decisions.You'll help ensure our people strategies move from concept to measurable outcomes and will lead the delivery of HR initiatives.In this role, you'll work at pace in a dynamic and evolving environment.
