Director, Product Planning & Roadmap Strategy

Ripple is seeking a Director of Product Planning to connect strategy with a practical, well-ordered plan across the product group. You'll coordinate the team, keep stakeholders informed, and influence the full product organization with a clear narrative. You will guide alignment of roadmaps rather than owning a feature roadmap, shaping metrics with Data Science and turning insights into decisive guidance for leadership across a fast-paced, regulated industry.
