Job Description
Step into a dynamic educational setting and provide essential support during a short-term BCBA opportunity working with middle school students. This contract position, located near Brockton, MA, is available from November 12, 2026, through February 12, 2027, and features full-time hours, 7:40am to 2:40pm, Monday through Friday. You will work closely with a caseload of 20-25 students, collaborating with educators and families to create positive outcomes.
In this vital role, you’ll:
Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably at the middle school level
- Demonstrate skill in functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention planning
- Strong communication abilities for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
- Conduct assessments and collect data to guide interventions
- Consult with teachers and staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
- Provide coaching and training to school staff as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and assist with IEP processes
