Insurance Sales Specialist Bi-lingual Spanish

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Spanish Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, be fluent in both Spanish and English, and hold a valid insurance license. This role involves engaging with our Spanish-speaking clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.

Prospect for New potential Clients

Build Relationships with Centers of Influence to funnel leads

Attend community/networking events

Explain insurance policies and coverage options in a clear and understandable manner.

Process insurance applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Previous experience in insurance sales is required.

Valid insurance license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to insurance sales.
