Responsibilities

Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure our families and businesses have the protection they actually need.

Answer incoming calls and welcome walk-in visitors with a warm, helpful demeanor.

Prepare clear, accurate quotes that help clients understand their coverage options without the confusing technical jargon.

Assist existing policyholders with billing questions, policy changes, and claims navigation.

Proactively reach out to clients to celebrate milestones and ensure their insurance coverage evolves as their lives change.

Collaborate with the agency owner to reach our shared goals of community protection and service excellence.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Valid Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license or willing to obtain.

Valid Illinois Life and Health insurance license or willing to obtain.

Prior experience managing customer accounts within an insurance agency setting.

Strong proficiency in computer navigation and agency management software.

Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate policy documentation.

Previous experience with American Family Insurance systems is highly valued but not required
