Your role as an ABA behavior technician at Compass will include: Delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21. Working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions. Engaging caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication. Using video-based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance your clinical skills. Maintaining accurate session documentation and data collection.

Qualifications: Required: High school diploma, valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field. Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Compensation and benefits: Hourly rate from $22-$25/hour, based on experience. Full-time employees (105+ hours/month) receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
