Supply Systems Analyst

Duties
As a GS-07, duties will be performed in a developmental capacity:
Attends required formal training as outlined in the Program of Development, completing administrative requirements for Pathways to Career Excellence (PACE) program.
Receives formal and on-the-job instruction designed to train in recurring kinds of assignments, operations, and/or procedures and resolve issues and problems of a procedural nature in supply operations, planning or program management in accordance with the Program of Development (POD).
Receives practical instruction on concepts and theories of supply system analysis to be applied to assignments.
Coordinates delivery requirements with other analysts performing larger segments of studies.
Maintains inventory control records in an automated system, monitoring usage transactions, timing of reorder actions, verification of cost changes, and generally observes activity in the account to ensure supplies are available when required.
Analyzes stock rotation requirements and develops business case analysis addressing impact on standard inventory levels and transportation assets.
