As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.Job Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician- Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans- Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes- Adhere to all safety and infection control proceduresQualifications:- Valid LPN license in the state of Vermont or a Compact license for another state- CPR certification- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferredLocation:The facility will be located in Burlington, VT 05401If you are a passionate and caring individual looking to make a difference in the lives of patients, we would love to hear from you.
