About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related field preferred License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: Travel experience required Previous charge experience preferred Patient ratio experience: 2 Description: PACU RN needed. Start date within the next 3-4 weeks preferred. Will consider various shift options including 3x12s, 4x10s, or 5x8s. Call required overnight and on weekends. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification required. Travel experience is required. Clinicians must complete necessary lab items within 72 hours of accepting the offer or have a plan for completion in that timeframe. Candidate must hold an active RN license. Experience in monitoring and managing various patient conditions is essential. Knowledge of specific medical procedures and emergency interventions is critical. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are important for this role. Interdisciplinary support teams will be available for patient care. Must be willing to manage diverse patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Availability for one weeknight call and 1-2 weekend days may be required. Candidates should be able to demonstrate competency in various nursing skills as outlined in the job requirements.
