Contract | Days | Flexible scheduling options available (3x12s, 4x10s, or 5x8s) | On-site | Call required overnight and on weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitoring for patients recovering from surgical or procedural sedation
• Assess and manage patient pain, airway, hemodynamic stability, and level of consciousness in the PACU setting
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure safe patient transitions and handoffs
• Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions in a timely manner
• Participate in on-call coverage as required, including overnight and weekend shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license – must be in-hand at time of submission
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• Active Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must be located outside a 110-mile local radius from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous PACU experience in a travel or high-acuity setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with compliance documentation timelines and travel contract requirements
