Job Responsibilities

• Assist inimplementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Guide pediatricpatients through therapeutic activities focused on fine motorskills, sensory integration, and daily living skills
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Educate parentsand caregivers on home programs and carryover techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessionsand patient progress
• Ensure compliance with clinicpolicies and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active state license as a Certified Occupational TherapyAssistant
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6months of recent COTA experience within the last 5 years preferred
• Experience in an outpatient pediatric setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills whenworking with children and families
