About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Business Partner to the CEO. This pivotal role is not a traditional executive assistant position; rather, it demands an experienced strategic partner who can operate as an extension of the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the CEO's effectiveness, turning strategy into execution, and connecting the executive leadership team. This includes serving as a trusted advisor, managing the CEO's calendar and priorities, and ensuring that executive commitments are translated into actions. The role also involves developing a deep understanding of the organization's mission and the environment in which it operates, as well as preparing the CEO for external engagements and supporting board and governance operations. Applicants for the Executive Business Partner to the CEO role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting senior executives, organizational leaders, or high-profile stakeholders, and demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, business judgment, and executive presence. Strong communication, research, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to anticipate needs and maintain a high level of discretion. Experience in healthcare, education, or nonprofit leadership, as well as a proven track record in strategic planning and project management, are highly valued. The role requires a proactive individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and is adept at building trusted relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
