Operations Associate,PSA (Temp-To-Hire), Plano

About the Role Operations Associate – Plano, TX. Working Monday through Friday, 6:30AM–3:00PM shift in our new facility. You’ll report to the Director of Operations and handle receiving, encapsulation, quality control, and shipping responsibilities across the operation. What You’ll Do Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type. Match, count, and check items. Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility. Enter item information into the database and print stickers containing order details. Work with Customer Service and Problem Orders departments to resolve problems and expedite completion of customers’ orders. Work with the Sales department for orders that have special deals and/or pricing. Work with other cross‑functional teams on special projects and/or deals. Encapsulate and seal event tickets. Learn various sizes of gasket sizes and ticket holders. Crack‑out and re‑seal event tickets according to changes. Inspect assembled parts and product for defects and deviations. Verify information such as submission form details, product quantity, identification stickers, and labels. Sort all orders by return carrier service. Verify order correctness and completeness. Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside labels. Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order. Dependable, follows instructions, and responds to directions from supervisors. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets). Good hand‑eye coordination and comfortable with physical labor. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus. Physical Requirements Bending and twisting of neck/waist, and squatting. Typing, mouse work, prolonged computer use. Regular hand use for various tasks. Listening to alarms, signals, and verbal instructions. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50lb. Receiving and inspecting submissions; use of sharp blade; retrieving submissions from packaging. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Compensation The estimated hourly rate is $17, though actual compensation varies by location, level, experience, and skill set.
