The Boutique Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of ETIQ’s Tribeca boutique, maintaining an organized and welcoming retail environment, and assisting with client service and administrative responsibilities.

This position requires reliability, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to complete assigned tasks independently.

Boutique Operations

• Open and close the boutique according to established procedures.
\n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable retail environment.
\n
• Ensure jewelry displays, showcases, and client areas are properly maintained.
\n
• Monitor boutique supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
\n
• Receive deliveries and coordinate outgoing shipments.
\n
• Follow established security procedures for merchandise and the boutique.
\n

Client Service

\n
• Welcome visitors and assist walk-in clients.
\n
• Provide basic product information and answer general inquiries.
\n
• Assist clients with viewing and trying on jewelry.
\n
• Schedule and confirm client appointments.
\n
• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
\n
• Record client information and communicate follow-up requirements to management.
\n
• Process sales transactions according to company procedures.
\n

Inventory & Administration

\n
• Assist with inventory counts and merchandise organization.
\n
• Maintain accurate product records and inventory documentation.
\n
• Prepare merchandise for appointments, deliveries, and shipments.
\n
• Coordinate repairs, resizing requests, and product transfers as directed.
\n
• Update client records and internal tracking systems.
\n
• Complete assigned administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
\n

General Support

\n
• Assist with boutique events and private appointments.
\n
• Support visual merchandising and product presentation.
\n
• Coordinate routine operational matters with vendors and service providers.
\n
• Complete additional boutique-related tasks as assigned by management.
\n

• Arrive punctually and maintain reliable attendance.
\n
• Remain present and available during scheduled boutique hours.
\n
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
\n
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
\n
• Communicate operational issues promptly.
\n
• Follow company procedures regarding inventory, security, and client confidentiality.
\n
• Work independently on routine responsibilities while following management direction.

• Previous retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
\n
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
\n
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
\n
• Basic computer proficiency.
\n
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
\n
• Ability to follow established procedures and work independently.
\n
• Interest in fine jewelry and luxury retail preferred.
\n
