Plan the work and execute the plan. Lead Application Discovery, Assessment & Rationalization: facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to document business processes, application capabilities, users, dependencies, support models, and business value; analyze portfolios, identify overlaps and consolidation opportunities; evaluate technology architecture, hosting environments, integrations, data flows, and alignment with SAP S/4HANA. Develop disposition recommendations (Retain, Retire, Replace, Migrate, Modernize/Refactor) and support stakeholder alignment on decisions. Support development and maintenance of migration and modernization roadmaps associated with the SAP S/4HANA transformation. Partner with business, site, and IT organizations to execute approved disposition and migration activities; track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and facilitate timely resolution and escalation. Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to establish priorities, validate disposition decisions, and maintain alignment across functional teams; define assessment approaches, deliverables, decision criteria, progress measures, and reporting requirements. Influence cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives and delivery timelines. Coordinate integration testing activities across impacted systems and business processes; assist with training, deployment preparation, user adoption activities, and post‑go‑live stabilization. Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Develop assessment reports, dashboards, capability maps, portfolio inventories, and executive presentations to support decision‑making and program governance; communicate progress, recommendations, risks, and key outcomes to leadership and project stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr Airswift
