Interim Healthcare Accounting Manager We are seeking an experienced Interim Accounting Manager to support a growing healthcare organization during a period of increased close volume and process improvement. This is a hands on role focused on stabilizing month end close and supporting multi entity accounting operations. Assignment Details 3 to 6 month contract, with possible extension Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite Start ASAP Key Responsibilities Oversee day to day accounting and general ledger activities Manage month end and year end close processes Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations Support multiple affiliates and joint venture entities Strengthen internal controls and clean up backlog items Partner with finance and FP&A teams on close and reporting Assist with audit schedules and reconciliations Support accounting system optimization and transitions Required Experience 5 or more years of progressive accounting experience Healthcare accounting experience required Strong GAAP knowledge and close process ownership Multi-entity accounting experience Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Preferred Experience CPA preferred Specialty healthcare or surgery based experience a plus NetSuite experience preferred Workday or system transition experience a plus Joint venture experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
