Slater Cosme, PC, a well-respected and established Pasadena law firm, is expanding and seeking an additional litigation attorney to handle trust and estate and real estate litigation and transactional matters with a minimum of 2+ years legal experience.

Salary :

$115,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, with discretionary performance and rainmaker bonuses.

On-site and remote: Flexible hybrid work schedule opportunity after completion of a 90-day in-office onboarding period.

If you possess the following qualifications, we want to hear from you :

· Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in California civil and/or probate, trusts and estates litigation;

· Excellent legal research and writing, oral argument and advocacy, and analytical skills;

· Experience in taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, attending hearings and mediations, and negotiating settlements;

· Ability to work independently to manage litigation deadlines, tasks, and caseload while working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff;

· Quality work product with an excellent attention to detail;

· A team player who is a self-starter and able to manage and maintain relationships successfully with clients, other professionals, colleagues, and team members; 

· Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school and active membership with the California State Bar in good standing, required; and

· Must have strong computer literacy and be proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
