REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

The Los Angeles, California office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Real Estate Associate. FBT Gibbons LLP is a national, full-service law firm formed through the combination of Frost Brown Todd and Gibbons, bringing together more than 800 attorneys across 26 offices. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of real estate experience
• Transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending
• Preferred experience in litigation related to private and public development projects, including:
  • Eminent domain and inverse condemnation
  • Complex title disputes
  • Construction claims
  • Environmental regulatory and compliance disputes
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $205,000 to $220,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates Are Also Eligible For

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
