This is a strong opportunity to join a Chambers-ranked real estate practice handling sophisticated, large-scale transactions for a diverse and high-profile client base.About the Practice:The firm's real estate group represents domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, data centers/digital infrastructure, and sustainable energy projects. Clients include private equity fund managers, family offices, and Fortune 50–500 companies.Key Responsibilities:Support complex commercial real estate transactions, including:Acquisitions and dispositionsJoint venturesFinancing transactionsLeasing mattersReview and negotiate loan documents, purchase agreements, and leasesAdvise clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate transactionsCollaborate closely with a national team while also handling matters independentlyQualifications:3+ years of commercial real estate experienceExperience representing owners, investors, developers, lenders, landlords, and tenantsStrong familiarity with transactional workflows and documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalismJD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmission or eligibility for admission in CaliforniaWork Environment:Hybrid schedule with approximately 60% in-office presenceCompensation:Base salary range: $260,000 – $365,000Bonus eligible with comprehensive benefits package
