Real Estate Associate Attorney

Location: Century City, California

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join the prestigious firm in its Century City office . This is an opportunity to work with highly regarded real estate lawyers on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions .

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and revise commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements .

• Review title and survey documents and manage the closing of purchase and sale transactions .

• Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills , with attention to detail and a keen interest in learning .

• Participate in real estate industry organizations like ULI , NAIOP , or CREFC .

Qualifications

• Education: J.D. with strong academic credentials .

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions , including lease drafting , purchase and sale agreements , and title/survey review .

• Skills: Strong writing , organizational , and analytical skills .

• State Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the State Bar of California .

• Other: Am Law 200 law firm experience is preferred, and candidates should have an interest in the real estate industry .

Work Environment & Compensation

• Salary Range: $225,000 to $275,000 (actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors).
