This Analyst will create and own the master data to support planning runs for various teams.What You Will Do In This Role:Responsible for the analysis of data in order to make process recommendations for monthly planning cyclesMonitor planning system throughout business cyclesDefine requirements for standard or custom programs/user exits required in APO SNP and integration with AFS and other external system for future enhancementsCreate and distribute weekly and monthly reports to Planning teams and executives to include forecast, inventory and lead time performanceEnsure MRP and APO settings are appropriate and optimized to support the supply planning strategy for each SKU for periodic Hueristics planningPerforms analysis in support of inventory and capacity planning in order to suggest data parameters and settingsPerform data maintenance and optimize data and reporting toolsSupport on-going improvements in utilization of SAP tools, including BW, AFS and APOWork with the internal IT team by providing relevant test data and perform functional testing for enhancementsFacilitate demand segmentation for New Product ImplementationFacilitate new brand and product setups into SAP APODocumentation of SAP processesWho You Are: RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant studies required1+ years' relevant work experience preferredProven understanding of demand and supply planning fundamentalsDemonstrate strong APO-SNP and CIF functional understandingKnowledge of SAP AFS and DP integration to SNP and SAP BWExperience with AFS master data and how it integrates with APO and maintenance of product masterSense of urgencyInfluential skillsStrong team player and collaboratorAbility to work within a flexible environment and create processesEagerness to learnWhat We Offer:Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being servicesRetirement Planning: 401(k) match and educational resourcesPaid Parental Leave & Return to Work Program: Support for new parents and caregiversGenerous Paid Time Off: Floating Holidays, Sick Time, Personal Days, Summer Flex FridaysWork Flexibility: Hybrid schedule plus "Work-From-Anywhere" optionsTuition Reimbursement: Support for approved educational programsAt Fossil Group, we embrace purpose and take every opportunity to work together to make the world a little better.
