Assist in the analysis and build of insurance contracts in order to develop information for the Epic System that appropriately coincides with proper billing, coding and collection processes.**Qualifications:*** Bachelors degree in business, health administration or contract management and systems required - Masters degree preferred* EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Certification preferred* EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Management preferred* 5+ years of experience within Healthcare revenue cycle required* 5+ years of Epic experience: Epic Resolute HB specifically required* 5+ years of demonstrated strong analytical skills with knowledge of patient accounting, third party contracting and/or contract modeling systems or healthcare reimbursement required**Ideal Candidate Shows:*** Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, direct, train and interact with management on a regular basis* In-depth knowledge of the complete healthcare revenue cycle* Ability to collaborate with a operation and technical resources effectively* Proficiency in contract modeling* Ability to understand payment methodology and utilize formulas with system syntax* Correctly program reimbursement rates for contracted payors* Knowledge of all aspects of third party reimbursement policies and practices* Understand principles of organizational redesign and problem solving practices* Experience/knowledge of contract language and payment methodologies* Well-organized and skilled at time management* Strong analytical and trouble shooting skillsMontefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
