Production Line Lead (10 Hour Shifts) Schedule:
What You'll Do As a Production Line Lead, you'll oversee daily operations on the production floor and ensure both performance and quality goals are met. You will:

What You'll Do As a Production Line Lead, you'll oversee daily operations on the production floor and ensure both performance and quality goals are met. You will:
- Ensure production quality meets all specifications
- Monitor line performance and drive efficiency improvements
- Communicate issues and updates to supervisors and management
- Lead, mentor, and support team members and line leads
- Create and assign daily work priorities based on team capabilities
- Coordinate product flow through the department
- Manage staffing on the production line, including job rotation
- Ensure all team members follow standard work (play sheets)
- Support changeover procedures with administrative teams
- Step in on the line when needed to maintain operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or production line experience
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Work only 4 days per week - great work-life balance
