This role offers multiple entry points into a modern manufacturing environment, with openings in Digital Operations, Warehouse, and Printed Electronics Assembly. General production workers set up and operate equipment, support inventory and shipping activities, and assemble and test membrane switches and related components used in custom graphics and functional user-interface overlays. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with structured shifts and opportunities for cross-training across departments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain digital printing presses.
• Monitor digital press performance to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Affix labels on packed cartons using available equipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general production, manufacturing, or general labor environments.
• Basic understanding of screen printing processes and equipment.
• Hands-on experience with assembly work, including small parts and layered assemblies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work orders, and customer specifications.
• Basic computer literacy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications (not required but beneficial)

• Experience in production, screen printing, assembly, inspection, and machine operating.
• Experience in quality control.
• Familiarity with printed electronics, membrane switches, or user-interface overlay production.
• Ability to operate specialized equipment such as Flex Laminators, Mistral Keypad Testers, and crimping tools (manual, auto, or Berg crimpers).

Work Environment

The facility is climate controlled and clean, providing a comfortable setting for production and warehouse activities. Machines and equipment can be loud at times, and ear protection is available for anyone who prefers to use it. Multiple shift options are offered: the Digital Operator role follows a split shift from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a shift differential; the Warehouse Clerk role typically works a first shift starting at 7:00 or 7:30 a.m.; and the Printed Electronics Assembler role works a first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Fridays. The culture is family oriented, with extensive cross-training and support within and between departments, creating a cooperative and team-focused work environment. Dress expectations align with a clean production and warehouse setting, with appropriate attire for working around machinery and handling materials.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in La Crosse,WI.
