If so, let's start the conversation.The Record Center Specialist serves customers by maintaining and processing physical assets stored in our warehouse. These vital team members process incoming and outgoing orders while also loading/moving boxed items and wheeled bins. The RCS handles destructions, internal moves, permanent withdrawals and special projects. They collaborate with team members to enable success for all.Responsibilities:Process incoming orders; scan carton barcodes and locations on Safekeeper systemInvestigate and resolve any order discrepancy for incoming or outgoing orders; manifest all orders, bundle and prepare for shipmentAccurately prepare all necessary paperworkCommunicate any difficult order issues to managerInspect and maintain all equipment, including Telxon scanner, wedge, Safekeeper terminal and laddersCollaborate with team membersObserve safety procedures and report any safety issuesPerform all physical requirements without assistanceTravel between facilities when necessaryMentor others as opportunities ariseKey Skills, Requirements and Competencies:Pays close attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness. Shows concern for all aspects of the job. Ability to work transparently with minimal supervision.Work on your feet all dayLift, load and move boxes (average weight: 40 pounds)Climb stairs, lift up to 70 pounds and be able to use tools to maneuver materialsExperience in a warehouse/physical atmosphere and/or service industry and/or team-focused environment, highly desirableBasic computer skills requiredStrong attention to detailCommitment to adhere to and enforce all security proceduresWork well in a team environmentReasonably expected salary range: $44,300.00 - $55,400.00Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.Category: Operations Group
