Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors, healthcare team members, family members, and other stakeholders about clients’ progress and care plans.
\n
• Prepare and submit ongoing reports, including monthly and quarterly progress notes to document client advancements and challenges.
\n
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, home visits, and inter-team collaborations to foster a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing your insights and learning from your peers to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
\n
• Provide follow-up interventions, including home visits, to support ongoing client needs and to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented care plans.
\n
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure team members are well-versed in program protocols, documentation, and best practices.
\n
• Act as a liaison with the wider mental health community, advocating for clients' development goals and contributing to community awareness initiatives.

As an LPC at Wellbeing Counseling Center, you will work with a broad range of clients, including adults and youth facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted professional license as a Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in clinical settings.

• Exemplary knowledge of legal and ethical counseling standards, ensuring compliance and best practices at all times.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to develop rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.

• Demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team to provide well-rounded care.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.
