You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams remotely, working closely with the Medical Director and Clinical Team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and Clinical Team to coordinate comprehensive mental health treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Conduct mental health in-service training for medical, psychiatric, and security personnel to foster a holistic understanding of mental health issues within the facility.

• Intervene during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment.
\n
• Participate in commitment hearings when necessary, advocating for patient care and rights as dictated by legal and ethical guidelines.

• Develop customized treatment plans and set actionable goals for individual patients based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain complete confidentiality regarding medical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Verify patients' mental health histories, including reviewing past psychiatric interventions and psychotropic medications.
\n
• Prepare periodic reports and special documentation as needed to facilitate communication among staff and improve patient care processes.

• Work collaboratively with nursing and mental health staff to identify and provide post-release referrals, ensuring continuity of care for patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
