Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at beYOUtiful Counseling Services, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks to deliver high-quality mental health care, including:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and forming positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate client progress, discuss challenges, and schedule future appointments, ensuring therapeutic continuity.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintaining timely and accurate client documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and mental health challenges.

• Providing individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of youth populations.

• Engaging in regular individual supervision sessions for professional growth and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on youth and families facing various mental health challenges. We work with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
