Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering strong, positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, plan for upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge when suitable.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that actively involve client input, monitor their effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Proficient in computer use, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with particular emphasis on effective therapeutic techniques.
