Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and trust while maintaining professional boundaries and ethics. \n
- Conduct regular sessions with clients, assessing progress, monitoring stability, discussing upcoming appointments, and coordinating discharges when applicable. \n
- Develop and implement tailored, person-centered treatment plans, continually adapting them based on client needs and progress. \n
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation and progress notes for each client in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. \n
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate treatment pathways. \n
- Engage in individual supervision sessions to receive guidance and support for clinical growth. \n
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n
- Embrace a growth mindset to continuously improve both personal and organizational outcomes. \n
Our client base primarily includes youth and families navigating various mental health challenges. This position requires a strong commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of young individuals, making it essential for the counselor to be attuned to specific developmental, cultural, and social factors relevant to this demographic.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee. \n
- Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings. \n

- A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations. \n
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and diagnoses for individuals and groups. \n
- Demonstrated ability to engage in effective individual and group therapy sessions. \n
- Comfortable using technology with basic computer skills for documentation and communication. \n
