Responsibilities Work diligently to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms. Play a crucial role as the backbone of the hotel, creating lasting memories for guests. Report to the House Keeping Assistant Manager. Qualifications Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred. Previous customer service experience preferred. Ability to use discretion and confidentiality. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and communicate with guests. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high performance standards. Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Able to work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts. Must maintain a clean and professional appearance. Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight.
