Youth Soccer Coach

Overview We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required) Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour. Responsibilities Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual Location Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach\'s primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location. Qualifications High school diploma with some college (preferred) You must hold a valid driver\'s license, and a reliable personal transportation. The ideal candidate would be available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
