About the Role Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Reston, VA. Eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. What We’re Looking For Independent, licensed clinicians in Virginia ready to make a difference and grow. Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week. Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with support). Clinicians valuing autonomy and team collaboration. Interest in clinical leadership or supervisory roles. Strong character: integrity, openness, commitment to quality care. Qualifications Active and unrestricted LCSW in Virginia. Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided. Compensation Up to $109,000, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. What We Provide Guaranteed bi‑weekly pay. Paid orientation and annual pay increases. PTO and flexible scheduling (7 am–10 pm, 7 days/week). No‑show protection and caseload build within 90 days of credentialing. Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support.
