Operations Analyst

Operations AnalystTRISTAR is seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will support our government customer at NSWC Crane. This is an on-site position requiring the selected candidate to work on base five days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess large sets of data and provide meaningful insights to the Gov customer based on their specific metrics.Monitor, report, and track CASREPs through completion.Assist with deconflicting CASREP parts requests.Assist with scheduling Battlegroup assessments.Assist with daily Fleet Support meetings.Review documents for proper formatting.RequirementsExperience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Power BI.Prior Navy experience is a plus.CAMP or PMP is a plus.Bachelors Degree or higher.Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Must be a U.S. CitizenAbout TRISTARTRISTAR is an SBA certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned professional services company supporting the U.S. Department of Defense programs.
