Job Description
Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU & Adult RRT Location Fort Worth, TX Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 6:30 PM - 7 AM Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU and adult experience to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages across varied settings. Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and manage respiratory therapy treatments for patients in NICU and adult care.
- Assist with intubation and manage ventilation settings as needed.
- Conduct arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and nebulizer treatments.
- Ensure adherence to patient care protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding respiratory care.
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience in ICU and NICU settings.
- Current RRT certification.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to draw ABGs and perform necessary respiratory protocols.
