Human Resources Generalist / HR Business Partner Company: BPG Real Estate Services, LLC Location: Wilmington, Delaware Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Compensation: Approximately $85,000 annually, depending on experience Position Overview BPG Real Estate Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist / HR Business Partner to join its growing organization in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential for the right candidate. BPG Real Estate Services supports a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate, property management, development, and hospitality operations. The company employs approximately 550 employees and is supported by a small, collaborative HR team. This role will provide critical support across recruiting, employee relations, HR administration, and general HR operations.
