We provide our team members with the autonomy, resources, and exposure to senior leadership needed to make a meaningful impact.For the right candidate, this role offers a clear opportunity for career advancement into senior and upper-management positions as the company continues to grow.The OpportunityAs a Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your assigned property and work closely with senior leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.You will be responsible for leading the on-site team, driving occupancy and collections, maintaining the physical condition of the asset, and ensuring the property operates efficiently and profitably.This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing property manager who wants more responsibility, greater impact, and a long-term career path in real estate.Compensation & Benefits· $80,000 annual base salary· Performance-based bonuses with $100,000+ total compensation potential· Health, dental, vision, and life insurance· Paid time off· Collaborative and supportive work environment· Team events and company culture focused on performance and growth· Significant opportunities for career advancementKey Responsibilities· Oversee all aspects of daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, collections, and maintenance coordination· Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members while holding the team accountable for results· Drive occupancy, leasing performance, resident retention, and collections· Conduct regular property walks and inspections to ensure curb appeal, cleanliness, safety, and overall asset quality· Monitor delinquency, approve rental applications, and implement strategies to improve collections· Manage unit turns and oversee make-ready schedules to minimize vacancy loss and maximize leasing velocity· Monitor property financial performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve revenue and control expenses· Manage budgets, invoices, expenses, rent rolls, and operational reporting· Ensure compliance with company policies, inspections, permits, reporting requirements, and applicable regulations· Establish and track operational goals and key performance indicators· Communicate regularly with senior leadership regarding property performance, challenges, and opportunities· Identify operational issues and take decisive action to resolve them quickly and effectivelyQualifications· 5+ years of on-site multifamily property management experience· Class B/C multifamily experience preferred· Proven track record of managing occupancy, collections, resident retention, and property performance· Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills· Experience managing budgets, rent rolls, financial reports, and property-level expenses· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail· Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and solve problems independently· Proficiency with ResMan Property Management Software preferred· Experience with evictions, collections, and delinquency management· Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus· Highly motivated, competitive, accountable, and results-oriented· Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into greater leadership responsibilityWhy Join Three Pillars Capital?At Three Pillars Capital, we believe great people create great results.
