Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1900 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Unit experience must include 12 continuous months. 1-2+ years Med Surg experience required.

Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit. If multiple shifts are posted, only apply to your preferred shift. Block scheduling may be requested.

Unit Details: Direct nursing care for general medical and surgical patients, including short stay procedures, orthopedic, stroke, and remote telemetry monitored patients. Scope includes EKG, IV insertion, medication administration, Foley insertion, vital signs, assessment documentation, assisting with RSI, and point-of-care blood glucose testing.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and every other holiday. No call required.

7 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
