Practical Nurse (Outpatient)

Job Title

The duties include:

• Perform patient intake, including assessment of vital signs, health history, and documentation in electronic health record.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered by providers.
• Assist providers with examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance, chronic disease management, and medication adherence.
• Monitors patient responses during and after procedures.
• Coordinate patient flow and support efficient clinic operations.
• Provides practical nursing care to patients in the outpatient clinic with a variety of medical conditions.
