Amazon Advertising Specialist

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Advertising Specialist to manage, optimize, and rebuild Amazon advertising campaigns for a growing eCommerce business. This is a hands-on role focused on improving campaign performance, increasing efficiency, and driving measurable revenue growth across Amazon's advertising ecosystem.The ideal candidate is an Amazon advertising expert with deep experience managing Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns, restructuring underperforming accounts, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROAS and overall marketplace performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon PPC ManagementRebuild and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.Execute keyword, bidding, targeting, and budget strategies aligned with business goals.Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance.Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce wasted ad spend.Conduct ongoing testing and optimization to improve results.Amazon DSP ManagementManage and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns.Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.Analyze campaign performance and implement recommendations to improve results.Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency.Listing Optimization & Conversion ImprovementPartner with internal teams to improve product listing performance.Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates on product detail pages.Support initiatives that improve organic and paid performance.Performance Reporting & AnalysisTrack and optimize key metrics including:ROASACOS/TACOSConversion RateCTRCPCRevenue GrowthProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.Develop reporting that measures success and highlights growth opportunities.
