CARF, HRSA, Medicaid SPA, CMS CoP, 42 CFR Part 2. Who we want BH compliance specialists with former CARF surveyor, HRSA program officer, Medicaid SPA practitioner, CMS CoP review, or 5+ years senior compliance at CMHC/FQHC/IDD agency. Responsibilities CARF survey prep HRSA grantee reporting Medicaid SPA mechanics CMS CoP gap analysis 42 CFR Part 2 protocol design Clinical supervision compliance audits Engagement structure $0 retained. $75-150/hr engaged. $5-15K per CARF survey prep.
