Centered Care seeks a Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM) to support our Collaborative Care Management program for older adults in Senior Living communities nationwide. This remote, 1099 contractor role focuses on asynchronous care management with occasional direct contact, addressing depression, anxiety, dementia-related behaviors, and other needs using practical, nonpharmacological strategies.
