Join Couture Smiles Dental Group as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences and streamlining treatment processes. Be part of a dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and personalized service. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans from initial consultation to completion.
- Educate patients on insurance coverage for treatment and financial responsibilities and options.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Communicate effectively with dental staff to optimize patient care and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries to facilitate patient understanding.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on dental procedures and insurance policies to better assist patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a DENTAL treatment coordinator or DENTAL office manager with DENTRIX.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures is advantageous.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
