Inside Sales Proactive Support Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities This role is part of the Inside Sales Team in Columbus, Ohio and is a crucial position aimed at providing world-class proactive support to Laboratory and Industrial customers. Sales Development Representatives within the Proactive Department primarily support the Field Sales organization while actively prospecting to create field-organized sales visits and online meetings within high-target accounts. This role requires dynamic skills to work with marketing, field, and management teams to better serve customer needs, resulting in higher sales revenue. Using outbound prospecting to identify contacts within high-target accounts Securing field visits and online meetings for Field Sales Representatives Building and maintaining relationships with customers and Field Sales partners Generating and submitting qualified leads for sales follow-up Maintaining accurate CRM data Providing regular updates on business issues, trends, and proactive opportunities Maintaining knowledge of product lines, service offerings, and internal sales systems Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly communicative environment What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing. Previous CRM experience is preferred. Must be available to work in our Columbus office near Polaris 4 days a week.
